Noise sensitivity refers to a personality characteristic involving underlying attitudes towards noise in general. Individuals with high levels of noise sensitivity show similar symptoms to patients with hyperacusis. Dr. Aazh is the organiser of the International Conference on Hyperacusis and its relationship with Noise Sensitivity, Misophonia, and Tinnitus which is planned for July 2019 (University of London, UK).
