After one decade of providing masterclasses and workshops on tinnitus, hyperacusis and misophonia and training over 1000 audiologists, ENT specialists, psychiatrists and psychologists, Dr Hashir Aazh returns to Birkbeck college, University of London as a part of our international tour of tinnitus workshops. This 2-day workshop is designed as an introductory training course for those who wish to gain better understanding about tinnitus, hyperacusis and misophonia management based on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) for children and adults. This course will outline psychometric assessment, appropriate referrals to mental health, evidence-based practice, introduction to specialist CBT in tinnitus, hyperacusis & misophonia management. This workshop is also suitable for experienced clinicians as a refresher.
