We are saddened to announce the passing of Dr. Christian Füllgrabe, our esteemed colleague and friend. He was an Associate Professor at UCL Ear Institute and made significant contributions to auditory perception research. Dr. Füllgrabe completed his Master’s degree in Experimental Psychology in 2001 and his Ph.D. in 2005. He conducted important studies on hearing and hearing loss during his postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Cambridge and his time at the MRC Institute of Hearing Research. Dr. Füllgrabe joined UCL Ear Institute in 2022 as an Associate Professor. We will deeply miss his enthusiasm, critical thinking, kindness, and sense of humor. His contributions to audiological sciences will always be cherished, and his absence leaves a void among us.
