Can an online course help parents with anxiety raise confident children?

The Parenting with Anxiety project is testing a new online course to help parents who experience anxiety, and their children, so they can become more confident together.

A study supported by University of Sussex is testing a new online course to help parents who experience anxiety, and their children, so they can become more confident together. Parents who experience tinnitus, hyperacusis and misophonia may also feel that their symptoms are putting strain on their relationship with their children, hence you might find this course useful.

Can I take part in this study?

  1. Are you a parent who experiences high levels of anxiety with a child aged two to eleven?
  2. Could you help us test our online course and help protect children from getting anxiety? You will either be asked to complete the online modules OR just to respond to your questionnaires.
  3. The course is practical and flexible. Each module is 20 minutes, you can do them when you want and on whatever device suits you.
